Mary Miller ’24 is from Austin, Texas. As a Business Administration and Public Policy double major, her professional interests include sustainability, urban development and local government. Mary decided to become a Luther Hodges Scholar to learn how to use public and private sector interactions to shape a more sustainable, inclusive world and to develop the skills needed to drive change within both spheres.

In addition to being a Luther Hodges Scholar, Mary is the Executive Internal Data Analytics Officer for the UNC Residence Hall Association, serves as an Operations Ambassador for UNC Campus Recreation and is a counselor for the first year orientation program Carolina Kickoff. Her hobbies include sustainability, cycling, lacrosse and baking.
